Preview of the Ballot

I have read the special resolution of members to approve, as recommended by the Board of Directors, the amalgamation of Conexus Credit Union 2006, Cornerstone Credit Union Financial Group Limited and Synergy Credit Union Ltd. (the “Merger”) and the amalgamation agreement with respect to the Merger (the “Amalgamation Agreement”). 

I vote as follows with regard to the proposed special resolution (check one box): 

□  I vote in favour of the resolution to approve the Merger and the Amalgamation Agreement.  

□  I vote against the resolution to approve the Merger and the Amalgamation Agreement.
